The position is very good and easy to reach, close enough to the Kerameikos station. The room was amazing, very spacious, clean, and with all the needed. Differently from what other comments said, the room was pretty solent, unless people in the neighboring rooms decide to move furniture.
Breakfast was good, not much choice, but good quality, breakfast lady was amazing.
Management was very fast to respond to the chat.
The hotel is kind of a "self-service": there is no reception, nor anyone to talk to in person during normal times. In my opinion, this should be more clearly stated in the description. This could be an issue if you close yourself out of the room (did not happen to me), or for more security when you leave the bags there.
The buildings around are not well maintained like the one of the hotel, so the view from the balcony on the inside is not of the best.

Good design. Very functional, super easy to get in even arriving really late and without a front desk, it was smooth and easy to enter the property.
Good breakfast, good room, we stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. Good location.
There is nothing we disliked per se. I could have used an iron but it was not the end of the world…. And i don’t know if stays longer than 3 nights get the room cleaned.
