DIe Lage ist toll, das Haus liegt in einem liebevoll angelegten großen Garten mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt einen kleinen Privatstrand mit Sonnendach, Paddelboot und SUP. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert; der Gastgeber hat uns von der Hauptstraße abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht, da die Zufahrt etwas abenteuerlich ist und Google Maps eine falsche Abzweigung angibt.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Stadt Pag, ca 6 km entfernt; etwas näher (ca 4km) kann man Brot, Obst und Gemüse kaufen.
Im Haus gibt es das Notwendigste, in der Küche sind einige Basics (Salz, Zucker, Essig) von vorigen Mietern. Es gibt ein Teleskop, um den beeindruckenden Nachthimmel zu beobachten.
Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das kann man wegen der tollen Lage verschmerzen, ebenso wie die fehlende Klimaanlage in zwei der vier Schlafzimmer.
Eines der beiden "großen" Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer und hat kein funktionierendes Schloss.
Leider ist an unserem Anreisetag die Reinigungskraft ausgefallen - und das hat man auch gemerkt: Die Sauberkeit passte für dieses Preisniveau gar nicht. Für ca 700€ pro Tag im September erwartet man mehr! Im Badezimmer stapelten sich die leeren und halb leeren Kosmetika der Vormieter, es gab nicht für alle Betten Laken, und auch nur eine Garnitur Handtücher pro Person und Woche. Dann wäre wenigstens Waschmittel erforderlich gewesen, ebenso wie Geschirrspültabs für den Geschirrspüler (es war nur eine leere Packung unter der Spüle). Der Whirlpool war defekt und die Außendusche mit Kunstrasen ausgelegt, in dem sich das feuchte Wasser sammelte und sehr unangenehm roch.
Ohne diese Mankos würde die Bewertung um einen oder zwei Punkte höher ausfallen.

This house is amazing. Anything any other opinion says is true - it is a paradise! The terrain is vast, like you own a part of the mountain side, and the house is spacious, with several separate parts, so two families can live there comfortably in separate parts and meet in the kitchen and outside in the yard. It is also true there are steps - 64 steps from the house to the beach and also a two minute walk from the parking spot to the house, including some steps on the way. But it is all safe and comfortable, unless you have a leg injury or other mobility problems. And thanks to those steps, you live on a cliff with spectacular views!! And the beach - with deckchairs, a shade, a SUP board, a boat, located in a small shallow bay and opening to the sea, is very conveniently organized.
Whatever tiny inconvenience I might think of, it is nothing in comparison with the location and the view.
