Poor cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property, including a greasy and dirty kitchen, stained furnishings, unpleas

The only positive was that the Ray White staff were friendly and helpful. They let us know that we could contact them if we had any issues after arriving at the property.

Unfortunately, cleanliness and safety were significant concerns during our stay. The overall level of cleanliness was disappointing. The kitchen was not properly clean, and the room had similar issues. The bedding had a strong dusty smell, and there were numerous stains on the carpet and cushions. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell. Please see the photos we have provided. The rangehood was covered in grease, the toaster was very dirty, and there was also grease and grime inside the kitchen drawers. I did not expect a brand-new toaster, but I certainly expected it to be clean and in a condition that was properly cleaned and ready for the next guest. The kitchen sponge was particularly concerning. It was clearly not fresh or newly provided for our stay — it was soggy, greasy and dirty, and appeared to have been used by previous guests. This was unpleasant and unhygienic. There was also a potentially serious safety issue. The garden gate was not locked, and the sliding door leading into the house had a dog door/opening. The opening is large enough for a child in their early teens to easily crawl through. This means someone could potentially access the house from the garden without using the main entrance. We strongly recommend that the opening be properly blocked or secured and that the garden gate be locked. These were not just minor cosmetic issues. The combination of poor cleanliness, unpleasant smells, stained furnishings and the security concern significantly affected our comfort during the stay. We hope the host will take these issues seriously and address them before the property is offered to future guests.

Great location next to reserve and only 10 minutes to the beach. Loads of space inside for three families to stretch out. Great kitchen we'll stocked with equipment and utensils

Being picky as loved our stay. Would have been good to have ability to close the awning over the deck so could get some shade. A WiFi booster would have been great as coverage at the far end of the house was patchy
