Staff was amazing, so friendly and made us feel right at home.
Nothing I can think of

We travelled throughout Vietnam for two weeks and this was hands down our favourite accommodation. The family really look after you. Unfortunately we didn’t get the names but all the female staff members were amazing; they always went above and beyond, remained warm, welcoming and patient. Help was never too far away and communication was easy through WhatsApp. Main receptionist even took care of organising a bespoke private car tour for us at a very reasonable price.
The place is breathtaking; there is plenty to see in Ninh Binh but a slow day relaxing by the pool was also a highlight for us. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely come back for the staff service and hospitality!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
