MILENA KOSTADINOVA

The apartment has a good location, a large bathroom, and comfortable beds.

The kitchen has no oven, the terrace cannot be used, and there is no furniture—the price should be adjusted to reflect this. The internet is very weak.

Stay away from this "property management " rental unites.

Uber took us to this property to check in, it was a closed metallic door. When we contacted the hotel, we were told that we had to go to a different location to collect the keys, took another uber. The said that room will be ready at 4, we waited in the office of property management till 4. Room was not ready till 5. Then we had to take another uber to where the rental place was.

In the middle of night the roof started leaking in our apartment. Imagine the feelings that we had. We took the video and pictures, send it the rental management office. They said that they will HAVE to come in the morning to fix the ceiling. Imagine they wanted to do construction while we are there. We refused, asked to be relocated. Nothing happened, one manger, wrote that will refund the cleaning charges and issue us 30 Euro credit. I contacted them a few times. They said I will receive it within 5 to 10 days, NOTHING has arrived after 15 days, This "property management" operation, lacks the necessary integrity , credibility and operational standards.

Owner needs to pay attention to details, maybe sleep there a few night on a very hot evening!

The outer door code worked fine. The room was clean and presentable. Location was fine, easy walk to train services and old-town.

The room's electronic door lock however was not operational, even when contacting staff on WhatsApp. after much discussion finally gave out code to physical key! The air conditioner was hidden under a ceiling grill and difficult to control. There was black mold at the base. The room was very open format and lighting was only bright LED, could not be dimmed. Not suitable for 2 people as one cannot move around in the dark or turn on very bright lights

The property is beautiful. Very close to walkably reach the Joaquin Sorolla station.

The instructions to enter the building and apartment could be better. I had to slide on door number in the app. I had no idea I had to do that. I texted on the app but the reply did not come in time. Finally, a neighbor helped us. I thank that neighbor. There was also a remote control for airconditioning but I did not know where to aim it at. I think the aircontioning was centrally controlled. There were no instructions on how to change the temperature in a particular unit.
