This is a newer hotel beautifully placed on a hill overlooking one of the smaller lakes. The rooms are huge, most of them have balconies and there is a wrap around porch with fire pits, heaters, nice and comfy outdoors furniture for guests to enjoy the sun or the stars. There is a nice restaurant, and a bar creating a very pleasant ambiance. The guests could also spend some time by the lake, plenty of Adirondack chairs around fire pits (it takes a little practice to learn how to start the gas, but the staff is very helpful). The pool is nice and big, although missing some plants to dress the huge glass wall which looked sad on a rainy day. Of course these are not complaints by any means, just suggestions to make everything perfect as the hotel is quite beautiful and it has all the ingredients for a memorable vacation. Last, but not least, the entire staff is very welcoming and attentive to any guests' needs. We had a great time!
Minor issues with a malfunctioning Keurig machine with only one type of coffee. We had a French press with us but it proved a little difficult to heat water for it, we had to buy mugs and heat the water in the microwave. For such a large space to prep and serve food as well as enough cupboards obviously meant to hold kitchenware (which was not provided) a small stovetop would be great to have for families with smaller children. Also the fridge was minuscule and missing a shelf and the bar on the door to hold any bottles. The body wash bottle was empty and was not replenished for the entire stay. All in all minor inconveniences, but worth mentioning-after all it's a four stars hotel.

Room was clean and modern!
Put me on the first floor since I did not reserve directly with them. Breakfast was overpriced for what was provided!

The priory was clean, comfortable and the view was spectacular!
Suite had a couch but you couldn’t sit on it and watch tv as the wall mounted tv wouldn’t turn that far .

The room was new and specious
The noise from other rooms, from guests in the corridors were very loud as a result of poor insulation
Breakfast was very poor, especially if you take into account how much it costs…
