verschirkkelijke keuken bed veel te warm

geboekt voor 4 personen de keuken geen oven ,tafel,stoelen voor 2 personen , 1 normaal bed, veel te kleine harde zetel voor 2 personen soms geen warm water geen thermostaat in de nacht veel te warm zeer weinig potten geen aparte slaapkamer geen opbergruimte of haakjes ,kapstokken alles moest in de tassen blijven

Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir wurden in Apartment 4 eingebucht als vierköpfige Familie. Entsprach nicht den Fotos, die man in der Anzeige der Unterkunft sieht. Es gab im Vorfeld auch keine Fotos der Küche in dem Apartment. Apartment aus unserer Sicht für eine Familie, die in der Ferienwohnung auch kochen und essen will, nicht geeignet. Konkret: nur ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen vorhanden. Mussten uns Terrassenmöbel dazu holen, um zu viert essen zu können. Küchenzeile mit 2 rostigen Elektroplatten, kein Dunstabzug, im selben Raum wie die Schlafgelegenheit. Kochen für vier kaum möglich, mussten öfter essen gehen als geplant Ausstattung insgesamt von schlechter Qualität, zB die Töpfe aus billigstem Material, außer Kaffeemaschine keine weiteren Geräte. Inserierte Skiaufbewahrung nicht vorhanden, mussten Depot mieten. So gut wie keine Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Wohnung, keine Aufhängung für Handtücher im Bad, keine Kleiderbügel im Schrank. Sehr warm aufgrund Fußbodenheizung, zum schlafen zu viert in einem Raum zu warm. Vermieterin angerufen, Reaktion auf meine Kritikpunkte: vorher habe sich noch niemand beschwert, das Apartment sei geeignet für vier. Hat aber telefonisch Auskunft gegeben wo die Heizung reguliert werden kann (es gab keine Infomappe in der Wohnung zB zu Heizung, Müllentsorgung etc. und auch keine persönliche Begrüßung. Schlüssel haben wir nur gefunden weil uns der Inhaber der Pizzeria unter dem Apartment weiterhelfen konnte. Zwei kritische Mails an Belvilla gesandt, warte seit über einer Woche auf eine inhaltliche Rückmeldung. Bisherige Reaktion nur „wir haben die Nachrichten intern weitergeleitet“ sowie nach Ende der Buchung automatisierte Nachrichten, man hoffe wir hätten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt gehabt. Fühle mich dadurch fast schon veräppelt und bin sehr enttäuscht. Wäre die Transparenz bezüglich der Küche oder mangelnden Sitzgelegenheiten vor Buchung da gewesen, ich hätte das Apartment nicht gebucht.

Unser Erfahrungen in der Ferienwohnung

Das Badezimmer war sauber, und die Nähe zum Skigebiet war ausgezeichnet. Die Bushaltestelle befand sich nur etwa 10 Meter von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Das Bett war äußerst komfortabel, und die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte hervorragend.

Die Gardinen waren zu kurz, lichtdurchlässig und unzureichend befestigt. Es fehlte ein Stopper. Die Ausstattung war mangelhaft, es gab beispielsweise keinen Besen. Die Heizung war nicht regulierbar, und es fehlten Heizkörper zum Trocknen der Skikleidung. Unter dem Bett befand sich Staub. Es gab zu wenige Stühle, und Handseife fehlte. Leider haben wir den Vermieter nie angetroffen.

Blízko rozlehlému lyžařskému areálu

Ubytování nebylo čisté (ulepená podlaha, stěna u umyvadla od zubní pasty po předchozích hostech, zatuchlé ručníky, použitá houbička na nádobí), nedoporučila bych pokoj pro 4 osoby jak je v nabídce (max. pro 3), pohovka byla na spaní nepohodlná, žádná lyžárna
