The facilities were very nice. I got lost trying to get to the property and the manager came to find me and also helped me to carry my bags up the stairs. He went above and beyond, in my opinion.
It was on the fourth floor and there were stairs and no lift. I found this in many of the places I stayed, which would have been OK but it was not listed on Booking.com and also I am 70 years old so this was difficult for me, although not impossible.

Giuseppe’s a great host! Whatever we needed he was there to help us and he was always available. Great guy!!
The location is very central
Very clean
Nice kitchen and good amenities.
The beds and pillows were terrible- super uncomfortable.
Unbelievably loud! Due to the narrow streets, the acoustics are insane, and the noise from the street shoots straight to your window. Because it’s downtown the noise doesn’t stop till three in the morning. Also, every car that drives through those crowded streets beep so pedestrians can hear them. It’s like working in a warehouse with forklifts beeping around you all the time.
