The rooms do not have air conditioning, which only bothered me at night, and having the window open was very loud
The location was amazing, the staff were incredibly helpful and the property was beautiful

Our stay at Mediterrâneo Madeira was exceptional and one of the highlights of our trip. The oceanfront setting is truly special. Sleeping with the windows open and listening to the rhythmic sound of the waves arriving at the shore each night was both relaxing and unforgettable.
Breakfast each morning was a wonderful way to start the day. The setting was beautiful, the food was excellent, and it became one of our favorite parts of our stay.
The hot tub was a standout feature. Relaxing while overlooking the ocean and gazing up at the towering cliffs.
The location was ideal for exploring the island. Having the Continente grocery store nearby was incredibly convenient, and the coastal drive provided easy access to many of Madeira’s most remarkable destinations. We loved visiting the lava pools in Porto Moniz, exploring Fanal Forest above the clouds, and hiking the nearby PR16 trail. Walking through waterfalls, tunnels, and lush landscapes felt like stepping into a lost world.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful oceanfront retreat with spectacular views and easy access to Madeira’s natural wonders, we highly recommend Mediterrâneo Madeira and would gladly stay here again.

The room was clean, with a beautiful view from the hotel. Breakfast was great, and the staff was really nice. The restaurants around the hotel were all very good as well. We had a great time!
