Extremely dirty, misleading photos and completely unacceptable conditions.

I honestly didn’t like anything about the place.

I have honestly never experienced accommodation in such a poor and unacceptable condition. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. There were ants everywhere, literally everywhere. We even found ants inside our toothbrush. The floor was extremely dirty, the bedsheets were dirty, and the tables, doors, cupboards and other surfaces had clearly not been wiped or cleaned properly. The refrigerator was also dirty and still contained food left behind by previous guests. This is completely unacceptable for accommodation that is supposed to be prepared for new guests. There was also an extremely unpleasant and horrible smell in the apartment. It was so bad that we could not stay inside and had to contact the property to ask them to investigate where the smell was coming from. Several things inside the apartment were damaged or in very poor condition. For example, a drawer/cabinet in the bathroom was broken. The overall condition of the apartment was nothing like what was shown in the photos on Booking.com. The biggest problem was the hygiene. The amount of dirt and the number of ants made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we simply could not stay there. We had to leave early because the accommodation was not suitable to stay in. The advertisement and the actual apartment were completely different. The photos gave a very misleading impression of the condition of the property. There is honestly nothing positive I can say about this stay. The cleanliness, hygiene, smell, maintenance and overall condition were unacceptable. I strongly recommend that the property seriously addresses these issues before accepting more guests.

Great accommodation and in a great location for accessing the rest of Montenegro.

We loved how well equipped and well presented the accommodation was. We loved the layout. It was super comfortable. Shower gels, etc were all provided as well as washing up liquid, which was great. Pool was great.

We were not sure about the cats, but our daughter loved them.

Bad experience

The pool was fine.

The Booking.com listing was inaccurate. The photos shown for the standard villa featured two-story villas, but the accommodation we actually received was a single-story villa. The listing also stated that there was a jacuzzi tub. In reality, it was an inflatable tub on the rooftop filled with green, dirty-looking water, with broken chairs next to it. The villa itself was dirty and full of ants. We asked to be moved to another villa, but our request was refused. When we asked for the ants to be dealt with, we were initially offered a spray and a mop to clean them up ourselves. Eventually, they did send a cleaning team. Communication with the staff was not polite or welcoming. There is also a waste-processing facility near the complex, and the smell was extremely strong
