The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the easy check-in process and the overall quiet atmosphere.

The staff is totally helpful, accommodating and friendly. I loved the location as it was situated in the middle of everything, food court, shopping places and entertainment.

Staff at the reception
The breakfast staff member, a woman with glasses and brown curly hair, was quite rude and said she didn’t speak English. The rooms were very small. There were no soaps or basic toiletries provided. Only a few old towels were available, and they didn’t dry well. Guests had to request daily cleaning themselves, otherwise the room wasn’t serviced. There was no sign to leave on the door. Overall quality was not excellent. Plus, the hairdryer was broken.
