Pros: great location, host was very responsive before check in and when we had issues with the hot water. Accommodation is nicely decorated and very spacious.
Our main issue was the cleanliness (photos attached). Most of the reviews for this accommodation are so positive and note how clean it was. But unfortunately our experience might have been the exception. There were cobwebs, dust and spiders. The shower didn't look like it had been cleaned as there was hair and dirt on the shower floor.
No heating (which is understandable as it seems to be the norm in mountain towns, however a portable heater or something could be very useful).
The hot water ran out on the first day as the gas tanks hadn't been replaced. It would have been nice for this to have been checked before our arrival and topped up if needed. The mountains are very cold and a hot shower is a necessity. The host was very responsive once we told him the situation and organised a replacement tank the same evening.
