This is a one bedroom apartment, and there is also a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The apartment is about a block off from the main street, and easy walking distance to both Ano Poli (the older, hilly area) and the waterside area. It is on the 1st floor (one floor up, with an elevator) and the balcony is across from a popular cafe. So there is some noise if you have the balcony doors open, but no issues at night. The kitchen has a stove and oven, but no microwave. The TV is a smart TV with streaming channels (log in with your own account). Both the double bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The building is quiet, but some noise can be heard through the living room walls. The bathroom is big, and the shower is full size with good water pressure.
The bedroom doesn't get a lot of natural light. The small window opens to the back of another building. There is a small balcony off the bedroom but it is used for storing cleaning equipment.

L'appartement est situé à égale distance entre la Rotonda et la place Aristotelous, ce qui rend l'accès à pied de tous les sites intéressants très facile. Proche de la rue Egnatia, le quartier est cependant calme. Supermarché et bus très proches.
Logement très confortable, bien équipé et très propre. Excellente literie. Douche très agréable.

Location is very good. Apartment is spacious.
The apartment was not clean at all and that for me is unacceptable. As soon as I entered I saw hairs on the floor. The shower cabin was not properly cleaned and something as a simple as providing a new dishes sponge was not done (a very used one was there).
One of the bed linen they provided for the baby cot, when we unfolded it there was dirt/sand inside
So I doubt if there was any kind of cleaning in between guests other than swapping bed sheets and providing towels
This for me ruined the whole stay.
