The apartment was in an excellent location, with the central bus station very close by. There was a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away and a smaller shop and three restaurants more or less at the bottom of the steps leading to the main road. Local buses run along this road and we used them frequently to get to the Old Town and other places of interest.
The apartment is exceptionally well appointed and immaculately clean. Much care and thought has been put into making the accommodation as attractive and comfortable as possible. We especially appreciated the huge patio and were lucky to have beautiful weather during our visit, so we could make the most of it.
This is hardly a negative, as there is nothing that our host can do about it, but the wonderful view from the apartment and patio is obscured for most of the day by the cruise ships that visit the terminal (just across the road). On one day during our visit there were no ships visiting at all and we spent most of that day on the patio, enjoying the views to the max. Of course some visitors would enjoy observing the beautiful ships and to be honest it is interesting to see all the comings and goings!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartments were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with the main bus station nearby, shops and cafés within walking distance, and the city centre easily accessible. The view was beautiful, too. One of the sweetest surprises was the neighbour’s cat, who came to visit us every day and kept us company on the terrace in the evenings. It made our stay even more special! 🐈

Apartment was very well equipped with everything and very clean . Near to bus stop convient to travel to old town .
Stairs to the apartment.. not a major concern and the host did help us with luggage so that was very nice of him 😊

The Deluxe Suite with Sea View is absolutely gorgeous. From the beautiful decoration to the high-quality furnishing and thoughtful finishing touches, every detail has been carefully curated. The views are spectacular, the location is ideal, and everything about the apartment feels luxurious and welcoming. Having stayed in Dubrovnik several times before, I can honestly say this is the best place I’ve stayed. I will definitely come back.
