Confusing getting keys from 3 streets away.

Perfekt läge. Lugnt område bara 5-10 min från gamla stan. Matbutik i huset. Lägenhet rymlig och allt är superrent. Bekväma sängar. AC i varje rum.

The apartment was very spacious, light and had a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and which were very welcome.
The location is excellent..10 to 15 minute walk to all sites.
The confusion in communications. At times I heard from the owner through Booking.com and other times through HolidaysforU, the management company.
The access code wasn't sent to me until a few hours before I arrived which was very stressful as I was arriving around 9.30pm.
They promote a reception that is open til 10pm. There is no reception and Noone answered my phone call at 945pm as I couldn't find the lock box which was located at a different address.
There was no light in front of the lockbixes and very difficult to see. Thank goodness for tge kindness of strangers.
We booked 3 beds, a double and 2 singles and only received 2beds and a couch which was unacceptable.
