Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement du logement, situé à seulement deux minutes à pied de la plage et de plusieurs restaurants. Cela a été un vrai point fort de notre séjour, permettant de profiter facilement des sorties et des repas sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture.
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 18 au 28 juillet 2025, et avons été confrontés à une situation sanitaire très préoccupante.
Dès les premiers jours, nous avons constaté une infestation de blattes, vivantes et mortes, dans plusieurs zones du logement : couloir, balcon, sous le lit et dans la baignoire, que nous avons dû déboucher nous même. À cela s’ajoutaient des moisissures visibles sur plusieurs surfaces, renforçant l’impression d’insalubrité. Nous avons des photos à l’appui.
Par ailleurs, des multiprises surchargées, parfois cachées derrière des meubles, avec plusieurs appareils branchés, représentaient un risque réel de surchauffe ou d’incendie, inadmissible dans une location touristique.
Afin de ne pas gâcher nos vacances, nous n’avons pas immédiatement alerté l’hôte. Mais à notre retour, nous avons découvert la présence de blattes dans nos valises et notre voiture, preuve que nous avons ramené les nuisibles chez nous, avec des conséquences sanitaires potentiellement graves.
Le propriétaire a refusé toute responsabilité en se dédouanant sur le service de nettoyage, invoquant un délai de réclamation de 24h, ce qui est inacceptable au vu de la gravité des problèmes.
La piscine, présentée comme un atout, est inadaptée : petite, avec une zone peu profonde très limitée, et une pente glissante menant rapidement à 2 m de profondeur, sans signalisation ni aménagement sécurisé. C’est dangereux, notamment pour les enfants et non-nageurs.
Ce logement ne devrait pas être proposé à la location sans un traitement anti-blattes complet, un nettoyage en profondeur, et une vérification rigoureuse des installations électriques. En l’état, il représente un danger sanitaire et matériel. Nous déconseillons fortement cette location à toute personne soucieuse d’hygiène, de sécurité et de bien-être.
