Une expérience très décevante – logement bien loin de ce que nous imaginions
Heureusement que la climatisation fonctionne correctement : c’est probablement le seul véritable point positif que nous retenons du logement. En revanche, je vous déconseille d’utiliser les ventilateurs mis à disposition. Je laisse les photos parler d’elles-mêmes, elles permettront à chacun de se faire sa propre opinion sur leur état.
⭐ Une expérience très décevante – logement bien loin de ce que nous imaginions
Dès notre arrivée dans le quartier, première déception : on ne se sent absolument pas dans une ambiance de vacances à Salou. Il s’agit clairement d’un quartier résidentiel où les habitants vivent majoritairement à l’année, avec une atmosphère très populaire, bien loin du cadre touristique et de l’ambiance vacances que nous imaginions en réservant notre séjour. Cela ne remet évidemment pas en cause les personnes qui y vivent, mais le décalage entre ce que l’on imagine en réservant ses vacances à Salou et la réalité sur place est important.
Ensuite, on remarque que la superficie du logement n’est pas précisée dans l’annonce… et une fois la porte franchie, on comprend rapidement pourquoi.
L’appartement est annoncé pour 4 personnes, avec salon et chambre. Dans la réalité, la pièce principale doit faire environ 20 m², coin cuisine compris. Le canapé sert de couchage pour deux personnes et, une fois déplié, il occupe pratiquement tout l’espace disponible. À quatre, il devient très compliqué de circuler ou simplement de vivre normalement dans la pièce.
Quant à la soi-disant « chambre » équipée de deux lits une personne superposés, elle ressemble en réalité à une partie du balcon qui a été fermée et transformée en minuscule espace nuit, d’à peine 5 m². Difficile, selon nous, de présenter cet espace comme une véritable chambre.
La salle d’eau est à l’image du reste : environ 3 m² avec douche, lavabo et WC, le tout fermé par une simple porte coulissante qui n’offre quasiment aucune isolation phonique. À quatre personnes, bon courage pour l’intimité.
Et malheureusement, l’exiguïté du logement n’a pas été le seul problème.
À notre arrivée, le bac de récupération de l’eau de la climatisation n’avait manifestement pas été vidé. Résultat : il a débordé sur les balcons des voisins, qui sont venus se plaindre dès notre premier jour.
