It was a beautifully designed place, so cozy and peaceful, the rooms were bright and clean and the windows were truly exceptional — loved everything about it — the 4 single bed room was perfect for our trip, wonderful and spacious to stay in

The property was exceptionally clean, well-organised and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the continental breakfast despite its limited variety, as it was exactly what we had been missing. The manageress was honest, straightforward, friendly and helpful, and the staff were consistently polite and cooperative. Although the house rules are strict, we understood their purpose and generally had no issue with them.
The location was less convenient than expected, as we needed to take a Grab or taxi to reach virtually all the places we wanted to visit. Since the property is situated down a small side alley, drivers were often unwilling to enter, so we had to walk out to the main road and wait for our rides.
The poor sound insulation was also a significant drawback. Almost every movement and conversation could be heard, making it difficult for us to talk, laugh and relax naturally as a group of four without worrying about disturbing others.
We also found the kitchen restriction after 7 PM inconvenient, as we usually returned only to sleep and never needed to use the kitchen during our stay. On the one occasion we simply asked for a little sugar for tea, the questions about whether we already had some in our room and how many sachets we needed made us feel as though we were asking for something substantial. This was uncomfortable, especially considering how modest the request was.

Very welcoming and informative about many sights and attractions in Bangkok.
The care taken to make us comfortable was impressive and we would not hesitate to book here again.
The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good and varied.
We booked an extra day as we liked the stay so much.
