Easily accessible from Narita airport and good a for a night stay before journey the next day. Clean, comfortable and compact room. Efficient check in process and spacious breakfast area with good variety of simple food.
Parking cost 500yen, which is rather expensive for hotel guests. It was a pity no milk was provided for the coffee.

Excellent location, big buffet breakfast provided, free shuttle to and from airport, lockers for bags, well set up for travellers. Pyjamas and toiletries provided so you dont have to unpack your suitcase!
The only thing i can fault is the beds were incredibly hard mattresses!

Nice hotel definitely convenient location next to Narita airport, they also provide a free shuttle bus that can transport you and your luggage to the different terminals. The room was also nice and big.
The bed was one of the most uncomfortable ones we've slept on during our trip. Overly firm made sleeping really difficult.
