Excellent location. Comfortable apartment.

Location could not be beat. Easy walk to restaurants and the bus or tram was outside the front door. As we got our bearings we always looked for the Dom Luis statue and knew our street was there.

They are rebuilding the hotel across the street so lots of extra noise (besides the street noise) from 6 am 6 pm M-F.

Unit was decent enough. It’s a 3rd floor WALK UP with dark stairs. And no WiFi ever - reported it

Location good.

No WiFi - reported it but it was NEVER working.

No wifi, rude personnel, stay away

I made a reservation with this company through Booking.com, but the experience was highly disappointing. The apartment has signs of water damage every. The listing stated that the room included Wi-Fi, yet it was not working and remained unfixed for two days. I missed my work calls. A person from the booking com chat sent me to WhatsApp chat to resolve a problem and they responded rudely and weren't able to fix wifi for two days and just gave me a password from another apartment. For a four-night stay for a couple, I was provided with only two towels and was asked to pay €15 for any additional ones. It is in Lisbon when you shower multiple times a day. Despite the apartment being equipped with two beds, no second set of bedding was supplied unless I paid extra. When I raised these concerns, the responses I received via WhatsApp were dismissive and rude. If you have issues with your knees this apartment is on the 3-4 floor without an elevator. Location is also bad - It is placed In the center of the tourist trap area and you need to walk for at least 10 minutes for good food. Uber costs less than 5 euro almost everywhere so there is no reason to overpay for location. Huge cockroach In the stairwell fortunately not in the apartments Stay away for all costs from whome apartments
