Fantastic location - just outside the Old City walls within easy walking distance to Diocletian’s Palace, the Riva and bus station.
Uliana was super helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. She allowed us to safely leave our luggage ahead of check in and provided a crib for my granddaughter.
The set up of 4 apartments with a common area was perfect for my large family.

We stayed in the blue room, it was spacious and inviting in daylight and in dimmed light. I liked the little table with chairs and the big windows. The host was very informative - friendly and quick at replying.
The bathroom was not very inviting somehow. It smelled of old urine and the toilet made a loud dripping noise. The room was not particularly soundproof (although advertised that it was), neither towards the road nor the hallway. The sound of the air condition and the refrigerator - combined with my earplugs, could barely cover up the traffic noise on a Tuesday night.. Also, there were only lamps with cold light. Using the elevator was a nightmare with big bags, due to the narrow space and troublesome doors
