ARNAQUE : FUYEZ!!!!!
Appartement loin d'être awsome et cozy!
Situé en partie en entresol il est mal isolé, imprégné d'une mauvaise odeur, sale voire crasseux, humide.
Pas de wifi comme indiqué dans l'annonce.
WC se trouve dans la salle de bain qui est minuscule.
Une seule (vieille) armoire en guise de rangement.
Pas de séparation entre la "chambre" avec le lit double et le couloir qui sert de pièce pour les lits superposés.
Pas de fenêtre dans cette partie lits superposés très très exiguë.
L'extérieur est un haut-vent avec une table et cinq chaises en plastiques sales....On est également loin des soirées conviviales en famille pour se remémorer la journée et préparer les activités du lendemain comme décrit dans l'annonce!
Nous avons vécu la semaine dans la pénombre et la mauvaise odeur, nos habits dans nos valises.
Rien n'est fait pour que les locataires se sentent confortablement installés.
Et petite cerise sur le gâteau: la propriétaire du logement nous a expressément demandé de faire le ménage alors que nous payions 90 € de ménage.
Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée (elle faisait soi-disant confiance aux locataires précédents). En fait l’appartement était sale à notre arrivée: sol sale, poussiéreux, araignées, murs crasseux, pellicule de gras sur les quelques cintres à disposition.Nous avons du y faire le ménage avant de nous installer.
En revanche, la propriétaire a procédé à un état des lieux de sortie pour vérifier que nous avions bien fait le ménage avant notre départ.
Ce sont nos pires vacances à Capbreton et ailleurs!
Nous avons porté réclamation auprès de NOVASOL début août 2024.
Début septembre notre dossier est toujours à l'étude et attendrait notre règlement des 90 € de ménage directement à la propriétaire avant une éventuelle régularisation.
