Our small but charming Villa Malena*** is located in the village of Klokovec, 800 meters from the center of Krapinske Toplice. It’s a 40-minute drive from Zagreb or about 5 hours and 30 minutes from Munich. The house has been rated 3 stars.
The house is surrounded by vineyards, fruit trees, gardens, and forests.
There is also a large private parking lot, a well-maintained courtyard with lounge chairs, a parasol, a terrace, a gazebo, a grill, a Jacuzzi, air conditioning, and much more.
Wi-Fi, 2 satellite TV sets, a Wi-Fi music center, a CD player, and a bar area are, of course, included.
Dining area, bathroom with shower, living area with a pull-out sofa, bedroom with a double bed on the loft, second bedroom with a pull-out sofa and a balcony offering a wonderful view, and a Starlight travel crib included. On the second level: changing table and diaper pail.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, induction cooktop, sink, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, oven, air fryer, etc.
The town of Krapinske Toplice is home to Croatia’s largest water park, “Aquae Vivae.”

The house is the perfect house to relax
The garden is wonderfull even if it’s rainy thanks to the kiosk, and the view is defenitly one of the best quality of this house
We had the compagny of 11 kittens in the garden during our stay, and it mad it even better
The host left many things to eat and drink in the fridge for our arrival, it was perfect
We had and electricity issue during the stay, but they sent someone and 20 minutes later it was fixed
To summerise, you should go there we no hesitation
