About this house rental
Welcome to our Barti vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort town of Prerow. The vacation home is located in a very quiet area of Prerow and has been furnished with great attention to detail.
To ensure you enjoy a truly relaxing vacation, we offer exclusive amenities: There’s a fireplace, a sauna, a kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances, and smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom. The bathrooms feature ceiling lights that let in natural light, and there’s a walk-in rain shower.
A large wooden deck wraps around the living room, and you’ll have your own private garden area, which is fenced in for privacy. Charging stations for your e-bikes are available right next to the covered bike rack.
Pets are not allowed in the house. Wi-Fi is available in the vacation home.
Vacation Home:
The Barti vacation home is 74 square meters in size. The first floor features a large, light-filled living and kitchen area with a fireplace and an adjoining southwest-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a toilet. Upstairs, there is a separate bathroom with a toilet, two bedrooms each with its own smart TV, and a laundry room. The sauna is located in the outbuilding.
The Barti vacation home is luxuriously appointed. Within its 74 square meters, you’ll find everything you need to ensure your vacation is a memorable one—all rooms feature underfloor heating, and every window has an automatic blackout blind and mosquito screens.
The first floor welcomes you with a light-filled living area featuring a sofa set and a smart TV, a dining table, and an open kitchen. On cold days, you can cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, and on warm days, enjoy the large wooden deck or the garden.
The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances as well as plenty of dishes and silverware. The following appliances are available: blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, egg cooker, dishwasher, and teapot. The first floor also features a large shower room with a toilet and a hair dryer.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second bathroom with a toilet and a large sink, as well as a room with a coin-operated washer and built-in dryer. Both separate bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV. One bedroom features a large double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together if needed.
You’re welcome to use the sauna in the annex for a small energy fee. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
