Ein Haus mit wunderschöner Lage - leider auch das einzig Positive
Das Haut hat eine wunderbare Lage mit direktem Meerblick und Sicht in eine wunderschöne Bucht - leider das einzig Positive.
Das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Es war alles andere als sauber, überall lagen Haare auf dem Boden (Badezimmer + Schlafzimmer + Duschen/Badewannen!!). Nach der Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir das Putzpersonal 3mal dazu auffordern, endlich gründlich zu putzen und die Haare zu entfernen. Der Dame, welche das Haus verwaltet, hatten wir die Haare und toten Insekten gezeigt, sie verstand allerdings nicht wirklich, weshalb nochmal geputzt werden sollte. Der Rasenteppich auf den Balkon war voller Dreck und wurde auch erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung unsererseits gereinigt. Ein absolutes No-Go. Der Pool stinkt übelst nach Chlor und war bei der Ankunft auch alles andere als sauber. Das Sofa ist total schmuddelig und die Stühle im Esszimmer voller roter Flecken. Der Grill draussen ist total dreckig und in den Duschen hat es überall Schimmel auf den Fugen.
Wir hatten CHF 6'200.- für 8 Nächte bezahlt, da ist meiner Meinung nach das mindeste was man erwarten kann Sauberkeit! Wenn man solche Preise festlegt, muss man auch in dieser Liga mitspielen können.
An den ersten zwei Tagen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und mussten eiskalt duschen. Irgendetwas mit dem Boiler stimmt auch nicht, man muss den Wasserhahn x-mal von warm nach kalt bewegen, dass das Wasser dann irgendwann mal warm wird. Dass mehrere Leute gleichzeitig duschen kann man komplett vergessen, da hat genau eine Dusche Warmwasser.
Was ich ebenso nicht verstehe dass angegeben wird, dass die Bucht ein "Privatstrand" wäre - es hatte jeden Tag eine Menge Leute dort, auch solche, welche nicht mit dem Boot oder Stand-Up-Paddel zum Strand kamen.
Der Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zu dem Haus und würde daher niemandem empfehlen, diese Unterkunft zu buchen.
