Bien placé mais logement un peu juste pour 4

L’emplacement est très pratique et le fait de pouvoir se garer facilement est vraiment appréciable.

Le studio est un peu petit pour quatre personnes. De plus, il n’y a pas de barrière de sécurité sur le lit superposé du haut, ce qui peut être problématique, surtout avec des enfants.

W end parfait dans ce petit cocon en centre village

Studio très propre proche centre village avec parking . Parfait pour poser la voiture et passer séjour .

Un petit bémol : la porte fenêtre du petit balcon ne fermant pas nous avons eu un peu froid la nuit . Mais la concergeirie a noté cette problématique et je pense que cela sera résolu rapidement .

Cosy

La conciergerie est très à l'écoute, et arrangeante, très agréable. L'appartement est cosy, on s'y sent bien, très fonctionnel est près des piste pour l'hiver c'est un plus. L'été, il n'y fait pas trop chaud (enfin à la période où j'y étais), ce qui est appréciable et on a quand même du soleil en fin de journée.

L'appartement est cosy pour un séjour court en été ; à long terme il aurait été difficile de faire des plats élaborés, même les spaghettis c'est compliqué car il n'y a pas de marmite assez grande pour cela. Il manque un peu d'équipements cuisine (planche à découper, vrai couteau etc. Le lit est apparemment récent (rapido escamotable) mais le matelas est déjà bien déformé, et j'ai eu mal au dos à certains moments car il y a des affaissements, et j'aurais dû apporter mon coussin car ceux là sont trop épais pour la nuque, mais dans l'ensemble on dort bien. Seuls le bruit des voisins que l'on entend (réveils le matin, bruit jusqu'à très tard parfois 1h ! le matin très tôt, dès qu'ils se lèvent ils parlent forts... il ne faut pas y venir pour se reposer...c'est dommage) Il n'y a pas non plus de rangements... durant la période de ski, je ne sais pas comment font les gens avec leur valise et leur linge... il manque une petite table pliante sur la véranda pour profiter du soleil et manger sur la terrasse fermée. Enfin, le linge du lit n'est pas changé ou désinfecté entre chaque passage, on peut sentir encore le parfum de certaines personnes sur certains coussins... les alèzes non plus ne sont pas changées... ni les couettes, il devrait au moins y avoir deux jeux et les laver entre chaque réservation... Les normes Covid sont toujours appréciables, autrement juste pour de l'hygiène de base. Il a fait très froid et humide quelques jours de la dernière semaine d'été, avec les orages, et impossible d'allumer le sèche serviette, ni le radiateur... qui pourtant marchait. Enfin, la conciergerie est très à l'écoute, mais cela aurait été plus simple de récupérer les clefs dans une boîte à code, étant donné que je suis arrivée tôt le matin, au lieu d'attendre 2h dehors, heureusement qu'il faisait beau.

Séjour fatigant car trop bruyant et matelas de mauvaise qualité

Appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé un séjour assez fatigant. Très bruyant dû au fait que l’appartement se trouve tout de suite après la porte d’entrée, les personnes rentrent avec leurs chaussures de ski, discutent devant la porte, nous entendions également les personnes monter et descendre les escaliers. Matelas des enfants et canapé lit pas confortable du tout. Protège matelas du canapé lit très sale, avec des poils, cheveux et taches. Lumière de la petite pièce cassée, chauffe serviette dans la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas. Nous sommes partis plus tôt car après 4 jours nous étions épuisés.
