Residenza troppo costosa considerando l'ubicazione e altro. Il mare è semplicemente fantastico!
l'appartamento è completo di quasi tutto il necessario per essere vissuto per un periodo medio/lungo
l'appartamento è scomodo a tutti i servizi, se vuoi comprare anche solo un litro di latte per la colazione, il negozio più vicino è a 5km. La distanza dal lungo mare è di 400mt (e non 200 come dichiarato) tutti in discesa e poi tutti in salita sotto un sole cocente. Assolutamente sconsigliato se hai figli piccoli è pensi di muoverti tranquillamente a piedi. Se pensi di alloggiare per una settimana e vorresti non usare l'automobile, è IMPOSSIBILE!! Per qualunque cosa devi sempre usare l'auto. L'appartamento è su un piccolo promontorio attaccato alla statale, non vedi e non senti il mare!! C'è un balcone ad L che affaccia parte sul giardino del vicino che praticamente ti è sempre in casa (sei al primo piano di una piccola palazzina) e parte sul piazzale di una pompa di benzina ormai dismessa. Se ti dimentichi di essere in Abruzzo (sulla costa dei trabocchi) potresti essere in una una qualsiasi località in periferia accanto ad una strada ad alto scorrimento. Sei lontano da qualsiasi cosa. NON C'E' assolutamente una WIFI funzionante (altra cosa dichiarata nella pubblicità dell'immobile), sei completamente isolato da tutto anche perché in quella zona ci sono pochissimi ripetitori e quasi tutti i gestori telefonici non prendono linea. Quindi se ti va bene riesci a fare una telefonata ogni tanto e non hai quasi mai linea dati. La televisione prende quei sei canali in croce e nient'altro quindi se vieni in vacanza con degli adolescenti che sperano la sera di guardarsi un film te lo puoi scordare, anche perché come detto, non hai linea dati per nessun altro devices. Il prezzo è assolutamente ECCESSIVO per una settimana di giugno in cui, tra l'altro, la stagione è ancora molto indietro rispetto ad altre zone d'Italia. Il punteggio che Booking assegna a questa residenza è ASSOLUTAMENTE NON VERITIERO (è la prima volta che mi succede dopo tanti anni) Esperienza DA NON RIPETERE!!
