upon arrival I had a lil hiccup one which may have ended with my tears but thanks to the wonderul staff at the front desk I didn't have to. my first encounter with the front desk staff made me feel secure n regained my confidence. It was my birthday and that was my first visit and meant a great deal to me. The front desk manager stepped in and offered her assistance. when I said this lady showed up and showed out it's not an understatement!!
That queen went to great lengths to ensure that my stay was nothing short of amazing. Talk Abt above and beyond, her and her team really did that and to add to it I was given a complimentary upgrade to the diamond club with such a breath taking view over seeing the pool and the ocean. My first drink was served by the friendliest bartender ever such a lil cutie she is. I can't remember all the names but I do have pictures of the ppl who made my stay memorable. Richie the bartender omg pretty cool dude as for the two female beach butlers they were also pretty down to earth and so amazing and hard working. The gym instructor Andre was so gentle and cooperative. Steven and Ruth from public area are the perfect duo. Jamie from watersports had me laughing like no other since I couldn't go on any of the water equipment at that moment. The staff was overall friendly, welcoming and assuring. I will definitely be coming back!!! My MVP tho stands firm with the front desk manager and kenan from the bar. Those two remain in my heart. thank for such a wonderful experience. till next time xoxo

Le choix des restaurants
L’accueil, la dernière minute n’est pas bien, passer par booking, nous n’avons pas les meilleures chambres et les choix ne sont pas respectés
