The hotel is very clean room very bright with white beige colour. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Very responsive. Surrounding very quiet n peaceful with some street stalls nearby.just few minutes walk to the popular night market area convinent 7-Eleven and can find anything from food to essential nearby.will definitely stay here again when come back to Hatyai again☺️
Not I don't like I forgot to highlight to the staffs. My room 305 main door have to close it manually cos it's won't close completely if you did not notice it will leave open.and the balcony door need to fix the lock too have to try few times to lock it when open.please take note other than that everything were great! 😃👍🏻

The Suite was spacious and comfortable. Reception team was wonderful and very helpful

Very clean and hi-tech (voice assisted lights, TV and Aircon) hotel with excellent service.
It’s not the fault of the hotel. But there was on my floor a Chinese family with kids and a mother shouting very loudly in the corridor for very long time.

The room is very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. They also provide light refrestments for hotel guests. The location to kim yong market and lee garden are walking distance away.
Shd provide free cancellation if cancel booking 5 days prior to check in date.
