Das Appartement ist schön groß und war sehr sauber. In der Wohnanlage und drumherum befindet sich alles, was man braucht, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Fischladen, Obst und Gemüsefachhandel.
Leider hat der Smartphone gesteuerte Schlüssel nicht funktioniert, was eine ständige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nach sich zog, damit man ins Appartement kommt- etwas, was man im Urlaub nicht braucht. Das man für den Fahrstuhl im Gebäude Geld bezahlen muss, ist auch sehr außergewöhnlich, wurde uns auch nur durch die Nachbarn erklärt. Die Anreise ohne Auto/ Mietwagen erschwert den Weg nach Napoli, da die Ubahn gebaut wird und der ÖPNV alles andere als zuverlässig ist und trotz Appanzeige manchmal über 1 Stunde nicht kommt.

Spacious apartment, clean, kitchen with necessary kitchen ware , many shops/pizzerias in the proximity some even at the ground of the building.
No toilet seats on the toilets, was strange. The bedsheets were clean but the smell was a little dusty, maybe a change of the detergent/way of drying would help. Parking on the street, can be challenging finding a parking place in the evening but this is not in the owners hands, just as a heads up for customers.

La casa ha spazi ampi ed è una bella casa capodimonte è una tappa imperdibile, famosa per il monumentale Museo e Real Bosco. I punti salienti includono la Collezione Farnese (Tiziano, Raffaello), il Caravaggio, il Salottino di Porcellana, gli Appartamenti Reali e l'arte contemporanea. Da non perdere una passeggiata nel vasto parco, la visita alle Catacombe di San Gennaro e alla Chiesa di San Gennaro.

Il Museo e la Reggia di Capodimonte
Situato all'interno di una reggia borbonica del XVIII secolo, il museo si articola su tre piani:
Appartamento Reale (1° piano): Stanze storiche con arredi d'epoca, la collezione di porcellane e la celebre sala del Salottino di Porcellana.
Collezione Farnese e Galleria Napoletana (1° e 2° piano): Capolavori di Caravaggio (La Flagellazione), Tiziano, Raffaello, Michelangelo, Botticelli, Masaccio e Ribera.
Arte Contemporanea (3° piano): Opere di artisti come Andy Warhol, Mimmo Jodice, Alberto Burri e Michelangelo Pistoletto.

Un parco storico di oltre 100 ettari che circonda la reggia, ideale per passeggiate:
Belvedere: Panorami sul Golfo di Napoli, il Vesuvio e la città.

Stufa dei Fiori: Antica serra trasformata in bistrot.
Manifattura delle Porcellane: Luogo storico dove veniva prodotta la famosa porcellana di Capodimonte.
