Great quiet location. I arrived very late and the staff communicated well what to expect on arrival and where my keys would be. The front desk person had actually stayed late to get me all check me in! I was thankful after my long drive in the dark. Breakfast was very good and the standard breakfast spread.
It was weird that because there were going to be some filming and actors around the hotel, they asked me to stay away from the hotel for the whole next day. If I paid to be at a hotel I should not be asked to stay away. They did offer to help me plan something for the next day, but really unless they were going to pay for me to be away what was the point. I already had plans, so not a major problem, but I do feel there should have been a refund or something or at least an offer of a free beer.

The location was great and the people so nice!
Just the shower that overflows a bit

Everything- the atmosphere, animals, decorations, location, hot tub, breakfast. Comfy beds
Nothing, everything was perfect

Breakfast was mundane
Not clean either.
Wasted food was kept in an open bucket. We had to place used plates in the same area where we were eating breakfast. Never seen this in any hotel before. This needs to change. It is not hygienic. As a result of this there were flies in the breakfast area.
Room 27 was good but the bathroom was clearly outdated. Can you please modernise the toilet.
As above.
