This is a wonderful hotel nestled in the mountains with lush forests and a very peaceful setting. The hotel was amazing, on my behalf , the staff purchased the tickets and at my request arranged for a guide who was absolutely wonderful.
The hotel also arranged for a driver to collect us from the train station and it was only a 25 minute drive.
Having installed the Alipay for tourists it was very easy to pay for things. The breakfast was plentiful with a great deal of variety.
It was a wonderful experience staying in Zhangjiajie, visiting the attractions and staying at this hotel.

Thanks Robert for helping make our stay in Zhangjiajie AMAZING! The hotel is a short 2-3 minute drive to one of the entrances of the National Park. All of the staff is great and very helpful. Robert took the time to sit with us and walk us through the map of the park, which helped us out tremendously. We had dinner at their restaurant twice and it didn't disappoint. I felt like I was eating a home cooked meal. The whole hotel has a very homey feel to it. I definitely recommend staying here!

We had incredible service at the hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the middle gate of the national park. The gate is quiet and we experienced no ques when trying to get in the park meaning you could get in very quickly to the elevator. The staff at the hotel Chelsey and Robert provided excellent service booking our tickets easily, providing an excellent explanation of the park and areas to visit as well as ordering dinner for when we return and providing shuttles when we needed it to and from the park. The hotel also offers free self service laundry which was really easy to use. We would stay here again.
