In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Baltic Sea with its kilometers of fine sandy beaches.
The bakery with a café, several restaurants, and the supermarket are just a 3-minute walk away, while the bustling town center with plenty of shopping options is about a 5-minute walk away.
You can book wellness treatments at the spa center, just around the corner.
The entire apartment, with 70 m² of living space, is equipped with underfloor heating, insect screens, and pleated sunshades. The cozy, inviting living and dining area, spanning over 32 m², features a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
