About this house rental
Saint aubin sur mer. Beautiful village house in Caen stone exposed and typical of Calvados, 150 m from the sea and all shops. CLEANING FEE OF 90 EUROS TO BE PAID ON YOUR ARRIVAL THANK YOU. Mandatory cleaning fee to be paid upon arrival 90 euros IF YOU WISH TO RENT BED LINEN AND OR TOWELS PLEASE ASK FOR IT. Everything on foot. Common courtyard but take advantage of the terrace for lunch etc… self-arrival or concierge service according to Flexible arrival times. Free parking next to the house but You can unload your luggage in front of the house. Linen rental possible to request on site. On the first floor, 1 TV WIFI internet room, sofas, superb and fully equipped kitchen, extension table and chair for 10 people with 4 bedrooms.
On the 1st floor, 2 (1+1) identical bedrooms for 2 people with an IKEA-type "trundle" bed that can be a single bed 80 cm wide for 1 person or a double bed 160 cm wide for 2 people if you open it.
- a 1 large bedroom with a double bed 160, cm wide. a 3rd small bedroom with trundle bed. A toilet and sink.
- On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, for a total of 4 beds 80 cm wide.
A bathroom with bath, toilet, washing machine, dryer. All mattresses are new. Welcome. Smoking outside thank you. No pets cause allergies. Concierge service on site.

This is a great place - cozy house - perfect location. The next door neighbors walked their dog in the area right outside the door and we had to dog a lot of dog poo but it was a fabulous house.

very nice, clean house. in a nice village. the pictures where exacly as the house is, so what you see is what you get. we where welcomed by Isabelle, a good english speaking, enthousiastic, friendly lady who gave us a tour thrue the house. overall we've had a very nice welcome and stay at this place, which we highly recommend to others.
