About this apartment rental
Make yourself at home in this beautiful and cozy maisonette apartment on the outskirts of the health resort town of Welzheim, about 45 km from Stuttgart. There are numerous recreational activities nearby, as well as shopping options, good and cozy restaurants, and a secluded beer garden, all within walking distance. The apartment is bright, quiet, and close to nature, and is also ideal for longer stays.
The spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a four-family house. It spans two floors; specifically, one large bedroom with a 180-cm-wide bed is accessible via a spiral staircase in the attic. The other bedroom is smaller and features a 140-cm-wide bed. The apartment has an open-concept living-dining area and a small, separate, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower; the toilet is separate. The sunny balcony, which overlooks greenery, is furnished with a table, chairs, and a sunshade.
