About this apartment rental
Casa Elenina is a charming, cozy attic apartment located in Gravedona—one of the most beautiful places on Lake Como. It is a two-room apartment (56 sqm) with a balcony.
We boast spectacular views of the lake and the mountains, as well as a quiet location in town. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and public parking are just a short walk away.
Casa Elenina is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances. The bedroom has a modern air conditioner, and the living room is equipped with a modern portable air conditioner.
There’s a nice small balcony with a table and two chairs where you can enjoy the views outdoors.
We can accommodate families with young children (we have a proper crib and high chair available upon request).
A convertible sofa in the living room serves as a second bed if there are three or four of you.
Please note some important details before booking: Casa Elenina is a mansard-style apartment and has a beam running across the middle, which lowers the ceiling height to 1.57 meters exactly where the beam is located. You can see it in the pictures. The bedroom has a sloped ceiling.
The attic apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator available, so please note that you will need to use the stairs.
The boat truck stop for trips along the lake is just a 2-minute walk away.
