This was the worst experience I ever had in my life with accommodation. Don't stay here!!!! SCAM!

Worst experience I ever had in my life with accommodation. IT'S A SCAM!! The place smelled so bad and it was so dirty and smelly: We found white stains on the very dusty sofa, blood stains!!! in one of the pillows that we were supposed to sleep with, the bed sheets smelled like they were used by other people before, there was so much dirt and hair everywhere on the floor, the shower was so greasy on the bottom and the glass just looked so filthy, there was used soap and old toothpaste in the glass for the toothbrushes, a trash bag on the floor. This was just a horrible traumatising and uncomfortable experience. Because we arrived late in the night we had to spend one night there, we put our own clothes on top of the sofa and we covered ourselves with with our jackets because we couldn't use the smelly dirty blankets. The woman that gave us the key handed us a document (acceptance report) where it stated that the apartment was given in good and clean condition to which we refused to sign considering that it was the opposite. She said in the next morning we should call and they were going to send someone. THEY NEVER PICKED UP OUR CALLS. NEVER. Only ignore us until we contacted Booking.com and then not only they refuse to send someone, they accuse us of lying and trying to blackmail them. I was never so mistreated so much as a costumer, they just disrepected us, they were rude, accused us of things we didn't do, they ignored and left us with no other choice than to book another acommodation. After all of this we read the negative reviews on Booking.com and some people described exactly the same situation and one of them said they couldn’t complain because unfortunately they have signed the acceptance report before realizing the real condition of the flat as we woman handed it first thing. But we didn’t. We had to report them and now we wait.

Świetna fototapeta, wygodna przestronna kuchnia ze świetnym widokiem

Za krótki pobyt

5 / 10·Jun 2025

Przyjemna obsługa, dostęp do netflixa, dobra lokalizacja.
