A very bad stay and a bitter experience – I do not recommend anyone to rent this terrible unit.

Good location close to the metro station

A very bad stay and a bitter experience – I do not recommend anyone to rent this terrible unit. The suffering started from the moment of check-in. There was no one to receive us or even open the building door. The names the owner sent to supposedly open the door didn’t cooperate, and as a result, I spent about an hour and a half just trying to enter the building. Even when I called the owner, he couldn’t solve the problem and told me to figure it out myself. The apartment smells extremely bad and seems like it’s never cleaned. There was no space in the fridge because the owner had fully occupied it. Same goes for the wardrobes – there was no space because they were filled with the owner’s belongings. There is no air conditioning and no internet. The bed sheets smelled awful, and even the trash bin was missing. The final problem was that the building is surrounded by fences from all sides, and access is only through an access control system. After I put the keys back in the designated box, I couldn’t get out of the building to catch my flight. In summary, the apartment is full of issues and troubles. It’s a terrible place.

Perfect, we had an amazing time. Paris is amazing.

The location was perfect, there were shops and restaurants below the appartment. The metro was a 10 minute walk away. It was in a lovely and peaceful area.

It was difficult to find and then get into the property. We pressed the intercom button and initially could not gain access. A local gentleman and two sons of the person who owned the property helped us by speaking to the lady via telephone in French so that we could get into the apartment block. Once inside it was easy to get the key via a code on the box and then go up to the property in the lift. It was very safe and secure.

A fuir
