Nice little studio apartment! Very clean and modern. Parking in front was nice. Instructions for check- in were easy to follow. Great location for visiting Lake Como and Lake Lugano. We slept well. There is no balcony- it should be removed from the listing description.
A clean sponge would be nice, also some cooking oil.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It was very clean, it had great facilities, everything you need. Even the small details like very nice soap and great smelling towels. Its great you have parking right in front of the flat. Its rifht on the border which means perfect distance from Como and Lugano.
