Location is great for walking into Sarlat, super close. Also, parking is free just down the street, and there is a delivery space across the street so you can unload & load. The apartment is pretty well- supplied, but remember to bring your own coffee, sugar, cream, & paper towels. Washing machine is downstairs behind the apartment. It worked fine but dryer stopped drying halfway through our laundry. Anne, the person who communicates with you said she would get the repair guy in right away. Text her if you don’t speak French. You will be expected to clean when you leave, but it was not difficult. Front door lock was very funky, we told Anne, hopefully the owner will replace..
Unfortunately had to finish dry our clothes w a hairdryer & iron. But we got it done. Not having coffee supplies.Be aware that the shower & basins are IN the bedroom, if that matters to you.

The apartment is less than 600 metres from the main attactions of Sarlat. We were able to find free parking within walking distance. The apartment was a good size and perfect for our needs. They even provided power adapters, although we didn't need them as we had our own. The apartment had nice furniture and a well-appointed kitchen. Very close to supermarket. Good value for money.
I had trouble with the locks but this turned out to be user error. No soap in the shower, checking with the host this is expected so make sure you bring your own.

Excellent location
The shower and toilet and bedroom were all in one room.
