The Alfresco was dirty.
No privacy around the fence.
Can patrons use the Alfresco when it is too cold? Perhaps a heater might be needed.
Please upgrade the air con. Current ones are not very efficient.
You could hear footsteps from people upstairs
It's not ideal for quiet 🤫 enjoyment.
Please ensure to water the plants regularly
They were starving.

Great place to stay. The apartment is very well appointed and really comfortable and had a lovely outdoor area. Woolworths and Baker's Delight just 5 minutes down the road and 10 minutes to the start of the Great Ocean Road.
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.
If I had to be really picky a mirror in the bedroom would have been great. But that's been really picky!

The property was very clean and fresh smelling.
The aircon was not working in one of the bedrooms and the tv didn’t work, no signal
