We loved the location and the potential of the unit, perfect location excellent communication and response time with hos

The perfect location and excellent communication with the host

I wish there was a bit more care in the quality of towels for washroom. They need to provided newer towels and a set. The storage closet in washroom a s bedroom need to be cleaned out and organized or locked so guests do not see how dirty and unkept they are. The place needs a deep clean not just surface clean. Like the towel rack in washroom, the pipes under sink that you see when on the toilet - and the toilet sets needs to be replaced or tightened - details that can be easily fixed to make for a more comfortable stay - kitchen needs better cutlery

Location is perfect.

Poor

The location

The property was not ready at check-in. We were asked to wait several extra hours because the previous guests checked out late, and when we returned, the apartment was still being cleaned. We had to wait inside with the cleaning staff before we could settle in, which was very inconvenient, especially traveling with a child. It disrupted the first day of our family vacation and was disappointing.
