We really loved our five-night stay in this beautiful apartment, and will definitely seek to stay here again on our next trip to Bologna. It feels as though you've been loaned a friend's or relative's home--a lovely change from the usual Ikea decor and furniture. It looks exactly like the pictures. It is very centrally located, but the windows open onto a side street, so we found the noise level to be fine, especially with the windows closed. The kitchen is well equipped, with a full-sized refrigerator, though note there is no microwave (we were aware of this, as none is mentioned in the listing). There were enough supplies (kitchen roll, coffee capsules, etc.) for the first couple of days, and we had no trouble finding nearby shops to buy more. (The only snag was that we waited until the last morning to turn on the dishwasher, only to find there were no dishwasher tablets, so we had to take everything out again and wash it by hand. Next time we'll check on the first day.)
The apartment is full of beautiful polished wood furniture, but we found no placemats or coasters. We ended up using the potholders, but It would be useful to have some real ones to protect the furniture. It would also be helpful to have a guide or some instructions, especially about what to do when you check out. Communications before we arrived and the first day or two were very good (we never met the host in person), but we had no response at the end when we asked what we should do with the rubbish, and especially what to do with the keys, though we sent messages through Booking.com starting the day before we left. The door is not self-locking (you must use the key), and there is no slot or other way to put the keys back inside. In the end we left them with the nice bar owner on the corner, where we had picked them up on arrival, and we received a message after we left to say that was OK, but it was rather nerve-wracking. (On the rubbish question, there are bins on the street for recycling but you need a QR code to open the rubbish bin, so we left the bag in the apartment. Not sure what you do if you are staying longer and go through more than one bag.) The only major, though temporary, problem we had was that the information sent by Booking.com had the wrong apartment number (hint: it's NOT 5), but we understand this will be corrected. And to reiterate, all of this is exceedingly minor, and we highly recommend this apartment!

Beliggenhed er god og caféen på hjørnet laver god kaffe. Lejligheden er ren og der er hvad du skal bruge. Og værten er meget behjælpelig

The property is in a wonderful location and is really lovely! Less than 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore, nice little bar across the street, great location! The apartment is extremely spacious and well appointed. We had practically everything we needed, including an elevator. The host could not have been nicer - from the delicious bottle of Lambrusco left for us, to helping us with dinner reservations, he was really great. I would definitely go back, and would highly recommend.
The only reason I could not give the apartment a perfect score, was because of a problem with the air conditioning while we were there. But the host worked super hard to fix everything as quickly as possible, and we really appreciated all of his efforts and his taking care of it.
