It is an extremely welcoming place full of details which makes the life agréable. Spotless and very well kept.
Bed comfort could be improved with a memory foam topper. It is an easy and cheap solution to soften the beds (in Greece they use to be very hard, something which doesn't matter when one is young...but at certain ages it can change the way you wake up!)

I appreciated the location and the size of the room. It is perfect for couples and for small families or families with toddlers. The aprtment was really clean and very quiet and also within a walking distance of Kalamata city center.
In case you travel for work and you need a receipt for reimbursement the owner is not entitled to issue one, therefore you might have difficulties when you need to submit an invoice to your work.
