Good value, good location. Not a fancy building, but safe, secure and well maintained. It felt good

There were a few complimentary items to drink in the fridge. There was also coffee. 2 grocery stores across the street. Very convenient. Its short walking distance from central Bologna and easily accessed with a one flight of stairs OR and elevator (which was awesome for bags)

Amazing

Very comfortable bed and big bathroom! Great location in town as it’s not too far from the station and main square. The host was very thought as he had in tea, coffee, milk, water & breakfast selection as well as having a good recommendation book for meals out.

9 / 10

Ideal location, super clean, all needs met

A prefect location - midway between the train station and the old part of town, many convenient places to eat, shop, and take buses to other parts of the city, and just minutes from the amazing centro storico, where many of Bologna's treasures lie. The apartment is perfectly clean and spacious. Nice large bathroom and shower, and the kitchen area is well equipped. Devis is quick, efficient, and he knows his city well.

the mattress is a little too soft for my back, and a small sofa or divano would be nice; but these are very personal tastes
