Apartamento amplio en zona tranquila. Dos baños.
No está muy bien dotado especialmente en menaje de cocina. Una de las camas era un catre no muy cómodo

Posizione buona per raggiungere altri centri storici. Casa dotata di zanzariere, stoviglie e biancheria. La signora ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca in frigo, frutta fresca, biscotti, condimenti per cucinare, marmellata e cialde per la macchina del caffè che può ricevere vari formati di cialde. Un bel balcone con gazebo, tavolo, sedie, salottino e dondolo. La colazione suggestiva con l'alba. Ventilatori in ogni camera. Solo qualche presa non funzionava. Ma non mancava nulla. Parcheggio davanti casa sempre libero. Casa molto luminosa e ventilata.
Molte zanzare. Se non ci fossero state le zanzariere era un problema. E la TV (presente solo in sala) funziona solo collegandola ogni volta con la WiFi ( presente)

HAS POTENTIAL - (Stay: 04–09 May 2026)
I received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival, which set a positive tone for the stay. The apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of natural sunlight in most rooms except the single bedroom. The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything needed for self‑catering. The host provided a bottle of wine, biscuits, and a cake flan. Nice welcome gesture!
The hot‑water system and heating worked well throughout my stay. There is also a generous balcony with seating and an umbrella, although one of the umbrellas was broken.
Areas that need improvement
While the apartment has many strengths, several issues affected the overall experience:
Television access — The TV only offered Italian channels. The host spent over 20 minutes trying to locate an English‑language channel but was unsuccessful, so I was unable to use the TV for the duration of my stay.
Lighting in the lounge — The living area only has a ceiling light. There are no side lamps or softer lighting options to create a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings.
Bathroom condition — The shower tray had mould around the rims, which looked unsightly and needs attention.
Entrance gate lock — The street‑level entrance gate lock became stuck. Although the host arrived promptly that evening to try to fix it, the issue remained unresolved. She did not return to address it and only contacted me the day before checkout to ask if everything was okay.
Ironing Facility - No iron or facilties to iron your clothes
Window security — One of the wooden window panels is missing and has been covered with cardboard and tape. This leaves a gap that could allow easy access for an intruder and should be repaired urgently.
Lack of local information — There were no instructions or guides in the apartment about essential local services such as police, hospital, pharmacy, supermarkets, or transport.
Wi‑Fi quality — The Wi‑Fi signal was extremely poor, likely due to the property’s location.
Potographs of the apartment- Not excactly as presented on Booking.com. Some touching up has been done!
Location and accessibility — The uphill 30 minutes walk to Montepulciano is challenging !
