Wow! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lodge and couldn't have asked for more. The location is perfect, nestled safely within Marloth Park and right in the heart of the bush. The house is beautifully designed with authentic African themes, which is exactly what we look for every time we visit Kruger and Mpumalanga.
The lodge is only about 30 minutes from Crocodile Bridge Gate, making it an excellent base for exploring Kruger National Park. The pool was lovely, and one of the highlights was the daily wildlife visits. We regularly saw impalas, zebras, various antelope, mongooses, and many other animals right from the property. Baboons also passed through daily, but never caused any disruption.
The accommodation itself was wonderful. There was no TV however this does not bother us as we like to chat and enjoy the time away from this. The concrete-finished bathrooms were stylish and unique, all the essentials were provided, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Each room had beautiful glass sliding doors opening onto the balcony and pool area, allowing you to fully enjoy the stunning surroundings. The WiFi was excellent throughout our stay. Great Aircon in each room aswell.
Anyone who has a bad word to say about this place simply doesn't understand or appreciate what staying in the African bush is truly about. This lodge delivers an authentic bush experience while still providing comfort and convenience.
The hosts and caretaker were absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome and gave us all the details promptly and always got a quick reply from them! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The fact that its inside marloth park with animals roaming freely. We also loved the privacy and the assistance and response from security...its was spot on.
The outside chill area was a bit dusty but that was due to windy weather on the day.
