La proximité du port , la propreté de l'appartement La vue surtout du Canigou... Le calme mais en cette periode un peu normal 😀

Appartement très aéré très bien distribué. Situé à quelques pas des commerces, du port et de la plage (excellemment surveillée). L'équipe de conciergerie "l'Intendance" dont Karoline est là pour tout renseignement. La ville est très propre très familiale. La surveillance plage est remarquable. Les mouettes à l'arrivée des bateaux de pêche. Les Pyrénées toutes proches. Les villages adorables Theza, Eus, le lac de la Raho, le barrage se la Vincent, les ciels toujours différents ! Tout est parfait. Cet appartement cette régions apaisent. Les gens sont très gentils.

La situation, la place de parking
Le bruit des mouettes qui empêche de dormir après 5h30 du matin, les 3 étages à monter sans ascenseur, immeuble vétuste, le bruit des voisins, le manque d'isolation phonique...
