Good location. Friendly neighbours. Well equipped
Bathroom floor needed grouting

Location. Internal layout.
Although the shower itself was brilliant, the floor of the ‘wet room’ flooded when shower was used. Needs a full height screen not a shower curtain.
No microwave.
Very dark on returning at night so a sensor light would be good.
As one who takes a drink, phone and glasses to bed, there is nowhere to put them within reach. Just a little shelf would be helpful.

I found the chalet clean, everything we needed was available. They left some tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and lots of water for us. The towels, tea towels, toilet roles etc was provided including cleaning aids. Recliner settee, the TV works without needing Prime, Netflix or anything else, which was a pleasant change.
There was everything we needed, even the neighbours were nice to us but not in your face.
There was nothing we didn’t like except the Thunder Flies. This is something we had never heard of and had to get some fly spray. They affect the Lincolnshire coast and not just our chalet. Apparently they invade very rarely, unfortunately, it was our first day. They were gone in less than an hour.
I must admit I would give the chalet 10 out of 10 every time.

The recliner settee was nice, the light under the cupboards were a nice touch, decent size TV, not to far from town
The chalet smelt like sewage, I msg and I was informed it was a problem with the sire which wasn't resolved during our stay and it did ruin it for us.
When we first arrived the chalet was infested with flies, luckily I found fly spray under the sink and sprayed the ones I could see.
