You'll find a kayak on site at this pet-friendly cottage. Your feet will make short work of the 1-minute walk to Lake Waramaug or the 15-minute walk to Mount Bushnell State Park.

After you return, you can unwind on the porch or lanai or sip a drink by the firepit. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room and air conditioning. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, as well as a microwave and cookware. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too.
